Been trying to save account info,message from Amaz saying tech difficulties

I have been trying to save my account info to Amazon for two days now and keep getting same message - having technical difficulties try again later - is anyone else having this problem? If so any ideas on who to contact at AMAZON to get it resolved? Cant publish my books for Kindle until account info is complete.
