Need Expert Help

Can anyone recommended a freelance person that can convert PDF files and help with downloading them to kindle? We are a Children's Book Publisher. Our books contain both images & texts on each page and we are having trouble converting them.

My novel The Cusp of Dreams was just published on Kindle. It was custom formatted by John McClure of Signalman Publishing (john@signalmanpublishing.com, www.signalmanpublishing.com).
John is expert, professional, and his pricing is very reasonable. He is attentive to details and formats quickly and precisely while adhering to stipulated deadlines. I downloaded my copy to my Kindle reader last night, and it was perfect (no small feat on his part). I could have saved myself two months of agony by going directly to Signalman Publishing.
